The reason behind the increasing demand for buying apartments in Turkey

According to statistics prepared by a real estate website in "Turkey", the demand for buying apartments in "Turkey" by "Russians" increased by (51%) compared to the same period last year, while it increased by (63%) for "Ukrainians". The most preferred destination was Antalya.

According to the data of the "Turkish Statistics Authority" "TÜİK", the increase in the demand for buying real estate in "Turkey" which is purchased with the aim of investing in the country and obtaining "Turkish" citizenship, which directly led to an increase in housing sales for foreigners in February (2022) by ( 55 percent) compared to the same month last year.

The increase for "Russian" citizens has reached (96%) for those looking for housing in "Turkey" and (85%) in Ukraine, as a result of the echoes of the "Russian" "Ukrainian" war.
