How to buy an apartment in Turkey

Those who wish to buy a property in Turkey should consider the following below:

- Access to Turkish territory with a passport and stamped entry. 

- In some real estate, especially land must obtain approval from The Turkish Ministry of Defense.

- Security approval is required to buy apartments especially to own title deeds .

- The purchaser must verify if the offered apartment have been  registered in deeds and housing, because the Housing Act is a license.
