British Airways resumes flights to 17 destinations, including Turkey
British Airways announced that it will resume flights to 17 destinations in August, including a number of locations in Turkey, Italy and France.
The airline said the routes would be operated with "continued reduction of numbers" due to the impact of the Coved 19 pandemic.
According to the Mirror, the listed destinations include some popular holiday destinations including Bodrum in Turkey.
With regard to precautions during the pandemic, the airline said it cleaned all major surfaces including seats, screens, seat belts and tables, while each aircraft was fully cleaned every day.
At the same time, passengers are required to wear a face covering at all times, with additional masks to be replaced every four hours on long journeys.
The first convoys of British tourists arrived in Mugla, one of Turkey's most prominent tourist destinations, last month, after flights between the two countries were suspended due to the Corona pandemic.
